Reclaiming the Self Within:
Beneath the layers of stress, survival patterns, and old stories, your wholeness and truth await to be reclaimed and embodied.
Coined by pioneering psychologist Carl Jung, and used in other therapeutic modalities like Internal Family Systems and Psychosynthesis, the term “Self” refers to the divine core essence that lives within your soul.
The Self is the part of you who is grounded in your intuition, deeper knowing and sense of who you truly are - without the public masks and personas.
It’s the part of you who…wholeheartedly…knows you’re enough. Just as you are.
Without any doubt.
The Self is the truest part of you beneath the layers of societal conditioning, parental imprints, or authority figures.
This part of you is unwavering and resilient.
This part of you trusts and receives…and believes in the greater intelligence beyond.
Like a garden, the Self needs to be nurtured and tended to.
And the protective layers that get in the way of cultivating the Self, need not be fixed or erased, but rather acknowledged and integrated.
