Creativity Nourishes the Heart
I’ve always been a soulful creative at heart. Creativity has brought so much healing into my life, whether it’s poetry, singing, dancing, doodling, or playing with clay.
Not only does creativity heal, but it also serves as a bridge to you and your inner child. When you enter into that timeless space, worries and everyday stresses dissolve. And connection and harmony evolve.
Creativity Opens the Door to Our Intuitive Wisdom
With a background transpersonal psychology, I also weave a mix of practices that helps you connect to your inner child work, subconscious, and body. This includes creative expression, visualization, a deep dive into the subconscious, embodied movement, ritual with the 4 elements (earth, air, fire, and water), breathwork, and sound.
Those Who Can Benefit
If you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or perhaps you feel disconnected from yourself, and others, or you long for a greater sense of purpose in life, then this work is highly beneficial.
This work can also benefit those who want to integrate the inner child, want a safe space to feel held and seen, connect with their creativity, explore the realms of the subconscious, or bring more meaning into their lives.
The Only True Healer is You
While guidance from a therapeutic professional may be key, I firmly believe that true healing lives within you. And only you. Consider me a gentle mirror, support, and guide to the creative wisdom and wholeness that already lives deep within you.
SE is a therapeutic approach to healing trauma stored in the body by regulating the nervous system and finding balance within the body, mind, and surrounding environment.
Have you ever wondered where an emotion lives in the body? Unlike traditional talk therapy, SE integrates the body/mind connection by focusing on the body’s sensations, imagery/visualization, mannerisms, and awareness of your environment. By building this body awareness, you create more access to holistic wellness.
What does it truly mean to be embodied?
To be embodied is to be connected to the body and the present moment. To be in harmony with what is happening in your body. SE is centered on reclaiming, building, and strengthening a connection to Self, others, and your environment.
At its essence, SE allows you to attune to the senses within the body and the space around you. And when you can connect and attune to both Self and others, you build resilience and a deeper sense of wholeness.
To truly heal we need to feel safe. Safety is essential to cultivating wholeness and sovereignty within. Without it, our internal structure is imbalanced, which then can create dis-ease and stress in the body, mind, and soul.
And the root of our sense of safety lives in the nervous system.
As I dive deeper into my studies with Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing (SE), I am excited to offer you this new opportunity. For the next 6 months, as of February 2025, I will offer 1-hour donation-based sessions, where we will intuitively explore SE practices that help regulate the nervous system, and help release emotional blockages and day-to-day stress.
